Close your eyes and imagine the place you’d want to be in right now… a place with beautiful surroundings, a feeling of romance, delicious food and a magical atmosphere.
When we started Vivino – the Italian Quarter in Haifa – we were guided by these very ambitions, with the goal of creating a one-of-a-kind leisure experience.
Our Italian journey begins with the unique location choice, situated amongst the trees in the heart of the Carmel, and allowing visitors to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our journey continues with the Italian Quarter’s menu, which combines the classic and modern aspects of Italian cuisine. The natural, high quality ingredients are either imported directly from Italy or are of the finest local production.
The Quarter is divided into three sections – the inner space is the restaurant section, with an authentic wood burning stone oven in its center. The outdoor space, immersed in greenery, is the events section, which hosts up to 120 guests in a pastoral environment, with personally constructed menus. At the entrance to the Quarter you will find our café and delicatessen, where you can pick up exquisite Italian coffee, fresh pastries, cheeses, wines, spreads, dips and all sorts of other goodies.
Vivino – the Italian Quarter was designed to cater for every individual need, whether it be meals with friends, business meetings, large family events or romantic dinners.
We haven’t forgotten about your little ones and devoted a small Gymboree area for them as well as a healthy and well varied kids’ menu.
So get your passports and join us for a magical trip to Italy.
In order to bring the full glory of Italy straight to your plate, Vivino’s restaurant imports the highest quality products from the finest Italian makers, alongside top notch local ingredients.
The result is a rich and flavorful menu which combines Italian classical and modern dishes.
The menu was created by the restaurant’s chef Kfir Saban. The menu includes starters, pizzas and focaccias, fresh pasta, meat, fish, sea food, vegan options, kids’ dishes, gluten free dishes and of course – the world famous Italian ice-cream, homemade in an Italian ice cream machine.
The delicious food is accompanied by a superb wine collection, carefully selected by expert sommeliers, who have gathered special varieties from all over Italy.
The cooking and baking equipment at the restaurant was also specially imported from Italy, and the piece de résistance is a massive, traditional stone oven, located right at the center of the restaurant.
